Thank you for visiting Advanced Safety & Industrial Supply. Below are our Shipping & Returns Policies. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional clarification on any of the items below.
Prices stated are F.O.B. origin, freight is calculated at time of purchase to be shipped to the destination specified in the order. Advanced Safety Supply charges a shipping fee on each order which is applied at time of order and reflected on Customer's invoice. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery ("Other Freight Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, less than truckload (LTL) shipments, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, Customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S., special handling by the carrier or other specialized freight services. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by Customer. Fuel surcharges and other surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, Customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Returns are easy!
1. Keep your receipt and call 615.283.8795 to speak with a customer service representative (CSR).
2. Refer to your customer number found on your packing slip.
3. Explain the reason for return to our CSR and you will receive a Return Label via email by the end of the day.

4. Simply print out the label and tape it to the case you would like to return. You may hand it to your UPS Driver on your next delivery, drop it off at the nearest UPS box or call 1-800.PICKUPS to schedule a pick-up.
*When cases have been returned to our warehouse, a credit for the returned items will then be issued.
**Customers returning items under reason 3. c will be responsible for paying original shipping cost as well as return shipping.
What items can be returned?
All items can be returned except special order and COVID-19 related items. All are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to deny any return/exchange upon receipt. If buyer wants the product back after denied return, shipping is their responsibility.

All items except special orders or COVID-19 related products.
When can things be returned or exchanged?
You may return any item purchased within 30 days from receipt.
In what condition can items be returned (e.g. lightly worn, with tags still on, etc.)?
Item must be received in sellable condition and is deemed sellable at Advanced Safety Supply’s discretion. Tags, original packaging must be present and intact. Any sign of wear return will be denied.
