Protect Your Workers

Did you know the only way to guarantee an instrument will detect gas accurately and reliably is to bump test and calibrate gas monitors with a known concentration of gas that is specific to the manufacturer and type.  For the safety of your employees, and the protection of your equipment, all Gas Detection instrumentation needs consistent maintenance, service and calibration to ensure these devices operate correctly and produce accurate results.  Each manufacturer has a recommended calibration schedule for their respective monitors, but your company may have more stringent standards for calibrations. It is recommended for gas detectors used in IDLH (Immediate Dangerous to Life and Health) that units be calibrated monthly and always bump tested before use.

How Can We Help?

We offer in-house calibration, service, and repair for all types of portable gas detectors. Please note: the only way to guarantee an instrument will detect gas accurately and reliably is to bump test and calibrate gas monitors with a known concentration of gas that is specific to the manufacturer and type.

We will service your equipment to expose it to the correct mixture of certified known concentration test gas.  This shows us whether the sensors respond accurately and whether the instrument alarms are functioning properly.  Calibration with a standard certified gas concentration is the only way to ensure that the instrument will continue to produce precise readings.

Our professional technicians will ensure that your products are calibrated, serviced, and repaired to manufacturers’ specifications in accordance with all standards.  All instrumentation is performance checked and any servicing is accompanied with essential detailed certificates to be compliant with all policies, rules, and standards.

Rest assured, with our experience your safety equipment will function at its highest possible level.  We will assist you with any guidance, questions, or concerns about your equipment, and help you with new equipment as needed for your unique needs.
