The 18" Arc Flash Dorsal D-ring Extender is purpose-built for utility and electrical workers operating in arc flash-prone environments. Featuring high-strength Kevlar® webbing and a choke-loop harness attachment, this extender allows for safer over-the-shoulder connections while minimizing conductive exposure.
Engineered with a durable, overmolded alloy steel D-ring, it’s ideal for attaching self-retracting lifelines (SRLs) or energy-absorbing lanyards without compromising arc-rated protection. Designed to enhance safety and ease of use, this extender is a critical component for those working at height around live electrical hazards.
